Broken on multisite

    Have attempted to install on multisite both network-wide and individually per site.

      No emails sent to admin
      No approve/deny option for new user in users list
      Blocks login of new user

    Works fine on another site with same theme but without multisite enabled.

    Sure would like it to work as registration spammers are a pain.
