Plugin has never worked, multiple attempts

    I’ve tried installing, uninstalling, even updating the plugin and I get a message saying “Update Failed: Could not copy file. cf7-google-sheets-connector/google-sheet-connector.php”

    I’ve followed instruction to the word on plugin page. Set up sheet correctly. Added the Google Access Code code I was given (now four different codes).

    Set up name of sheet correctly (difficult to mess that one up.)

    Please help me understand why this will not work.

    Hello @shadedhues,
    It looks plugin is not installed correctly, can you delete the plugin and install it again either upload the folder under wp-contents/plugins and then again try to authenticate with Google Sheet and try again,
    If still it did not work then check the log under google sheet menu, and copy the log errors and save it in .txt file and send me here..either send me screenshot of errors under log,
    It helps me to direct you..!!

    Ok thanks for the help. It seems like that was the problem.
    I’ve got the spreadsheet working now. Is there a way to format the “Date” column to match our time zone? Right now its set to an unfamiliar time zone.

    You should be able to change that by changing the time zone under your wordpress Settings -> General.
