Error message in console and revolution slider breaks

  • When the default settings are used the revolution slider breaks, it says jquery.js loads double.

    I have enabled aggravating JS and still did not load.
    it did not work with the default: seal.js, js/jquery/jquery.js
    only after adding the plugin/revslider

    Now an error message appeared at the Chrome console:

    Also noticed if I want to navigate away some page loads super slow..
    With the default settings the site loads super fast although the slider only loads at the home page and not at the other pages.

    Can you help me fix this?

    The paralax issue I fixed it I have noticed since nothing was supposed to use the paralax that the bottom row bg it was enabled.. I disabled it.

    Now the only issue the front page loads fast but every other page takes like 20 seconds or more. Then it gets cached and loads like 2-3seconds..

    How can I make them load also 3.6 seconds or so like the home page?
