DePo Masthead issue

  • Like a few others I have not been able to wait for the release of DePo Masthead for self-hosted blogs. I’ve got it working through some of the advice I’ve found searching this forum, but I have a new issue.

    This post on my test blog shows what happens only in Safari, it doesn’t occcur in Firefox. (Using Mac OS X 10.5.5 both cases). This is also, of course, the blog in question.

    The image at top of each post is a custom field (post-image) meant only for the home page (I copied the idea from an Upstart Blogger theme).

    Also, if I click from the home page to a single post and back to the home page the font issue disappears in Safari. Refreshing the home page itself does not correct the issue.

    Any idea how I can fix this, beyond waiting for an official theme release?

    FYI: I am not a theme designer nor that knowledgeable about code. I am a theme ‘tinkerer’, however dangerous that may be! But I learn from my mistakes.

  • i have the same problem with Safari.

    Another problem I have is with comments not appearing. Were you able to get this to work?
