We can’t find this exchange on our Email server, searching your name we can find a lot of info about the data you need to send us so we can upload your App, we can see a lot of files you did send us for your App, we can’t see any refund request.
But if there is a problem, if indeed as you are saying, a refund was promised and by mistake was not done, why are you not Emailing us? We answer every Email within hours in the worst case. Email us, send us the payment details, if there was a conversation between us, you can also reply it, this way it will be easier to find what is it about, but is it so hard to Email & check what is the status of a refund? Why go public with such lies? When all you need to do is write a short Email to support with a simple question “This is my purchase details, What is the status of a refund I requested?”
