[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Usable as post-thumb generator?

  • Would it make sense to use NGG to generate/display a thumbnail of each post on a blog’s front page?
    Today I use Post-thumb revisited, but there are several issues with WP26 (so I’m still on WP251) and it seems not to be updated.
    What I need is a plugin that generates/displays a clickable thumbnail of each post’s first image – like here.
    Any other suitable plugin?

  • I’ve got the same problem here.
    I’m running WP 2.6 and when I use the new [gallery] function, Post-thumb revisited doesn’t create any thumb and uses default image.
    Any workaround or alternative plugin?
