How do I turn off Digital downloads option

    I am using a photocrati theme and I am trying to set up an Ecommerce page using the NextGen plug in.
    All is fine except I cannot see how to turn off the digital download option.
    I only want to sell prints.
    I have emailed support twice but no reply. Any ideas please

    Hi Fullmonk

    this is what I got from Photocrati

    . Can you try going to ECommerce > Manage Pricelists > select your pricelist, and head to the Digital Downloads portion – go ahead and delete any empty digital download price options you see, then hit Save. I think this should resolve your issue – it sounds like you may have a blank (empty) digital download option in there.

    I had an empty field their so I think it assumed I wanted to sell digitally.
    Deleted, save the price list and it worked.

    FANTASTIC! worked like a charm — I apparently had the empty field as well.
