I’m wondering what could cause the maintenance/coming soon pages to not be bypassed for logged in users?

I use this plugin successfully for many sites but there is one site now that I am setting up, when I am logged in I also get the plugin generated page as if I was not logged in.

One thing different about this particular site is that it is installed on
    https://example.com/site-folder
but in Dashboard > Settings > General the site URL set to
    https://subdomain.example.com/

Grateful for any thoughts on the matter,
    MBV

    Hi MBV,

So here’s what is going on. When you log in at https://example.com/site-folder WordPress will only recognize you as being logged in on that domain. When you view your website on https://subdomain.example.com/ WordPress does not see you as logged in since you are log into the other domain. You’ll notice you won’t see the black admin bar as well on the front end. https://goo.gl/GqBnF1

Our Pro version lets you add in an IP address to bypass the coming soon page as a word around. :/ https://www.seedprod.com You still would not see the black bar but at least your see the regular website.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

hi, I downloaded this plugin on my clients website

The entire website is made in https://www.website.com/Test

Now the plugin also got installed in the same directory. I have to show a maintenance page on this https://www.website.com

Should i transfer the entire website on https://www.website.com and remove it from TEST or is there any other alternative

    Please help,

    thanks in advance.
