Optin cat summary reoprt not working

Hi,

Ours has also stopped working.

We are link via an API to Mailchimp.

I have run tests where I have subscribed and the system sends an automatic email out but the subscription is not added to my mailchimp list.

Help Please.

@iappswp Please open a new thread. Your issue with subscribers not being added is different from the tracking and impressions not working. We’d like to work with you on your issue in a separate thread so this one does not get messy. If your impression tracking is also not working please let me know in this thread, we want to keep this thread specifically about that issue.

@luckybais This was a large update for us, and there were bound to be a few bugs, thanks for pointing this out. Some of our work could have potentially caused this. We want to inspect the issue on your site to get a better understanding of what we’re looking at. If your ok with this, please file a ticket with us at https://fatcatapps.com/support/ as a paying customer.

If you’re uncomfortable with that for any reason, let me know here, and I’ll provide some troubleshooting and isolation steps.

I know you’re not ?? please feel free to mark yourself as one, it’s ok. The license key feild is optional so you can just leave that blank. We want to look into this in more detail as we have a couple similar reports, so we’ll treat you as a paid customer for this issue.

We can work with you a lot easier through our official support system. It will enable us to just communicate through email, so we can reply more quickly, and exchange logins if necessary (this is something we may need to log into your WordPress to find the cause).

Sorry I seem to have lost track of this one. What I was hoping was to be able to isolate a conflict for you as this will be very hard to pin down. To do that you will need to perform the following steps, testing the tracking as thoroughly as possible in between each plugin:

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please send us a copy in .zip format so we can recreate the issue and work on a fix. Let us know your detailed results, and we will see what else we can do.
