Cant Create Agent

    When trying to create an agent, it has a required field “Agent User” that does not populate anything in the drop down box so I cannot select anything. Therefore it will not let me create an agent.

    Hi @luisthegeek,

    You need to create new users or update your current users with Agent or Manager role by editing your user profiles. You will see all Agent and Manager rrole users in the :Agent User” dropdown when creating an agent.
