Plugin Installed, But Nothing Displaying on Site

Hello,

I just installed this plugin after having first having checked out nProgress. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be functioning at all for me. I’ve tried various progress bar styles, and also applied a color, but I simply see nothing on the website.

I don’t see any obvious errors occurring in my console, but it’s like this plugin isn’t there at all.

Any thoughts?
