incorrectly loads in the footer

This plugin loads the GA code in the footer of each page, which is counter to Google requirements of its code being placed in the header. Not only is GA giving me an error code that it’s not getting any data, we’re at risk of losing data on any activity that happens before the page loads entirely, and we can’t confirm the new https version in Search Console because it’s giving an error message there that the code is in the wrong place.
