Page attributes: Templates – no Elementor options

I have two websites both using Elementor Pro and a Sydney child theme. On both sites, everything is updated to the most recent versions. On the one website when I go to edit a page, under the Page Attributes box, in the Templates menu I have two Elementor options (Elementor Fullwidth Blank & Elementor Fullwidth Standard), but on the other website those options are not available. I am guessing it is a problem in my settings, but I cannot figure where those settings are. Please help.
