Top Bar not showing up at all

Today I installed the ‘top bar’ addon to my site but it’s not showing up at all regardless of the settings. I’ve tried flushing site and browser cache, trying the site in different browsers, disabling and re-enabling the plugin, but nothing seems to work.

The theme I use is Avada, and I’m wondering if there’s a conflict there—maybe with Avada’s sticky header or the ‘scroll to top’ arrow?? I don’t have any hard grounds for that suspicion other than that they both function in the same area of the site, but thought I’d throw it out nevertheless.

I’ve also submitted a ticket there, but in the meantime, if you guys can shed any light on this for me I’d definitely appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
