Where to create Log?

    My donations are not going through. The Stripe form displays the green check mark for success but it redirects me to a blank page on my site. https://www.domainabc.com/donate/?direct-stripe=donation&amount&coupon&ds-nonce=670fad0345

    In the general settings instructions it says: – “Choose a log for your Stripes modal forms” Am I missing something? I can’t find anywhere to choose a log.
    On the landing page instructions is says “Only enter the page’s slug (URL friendly version of the post title)”
    But I cannot enter a URL the drop down menu only lets me select a page title.
    The payments do not generate a new user.

    Hello @weblink,

    Another user seemed to have the same issue as yours, please make sure :

    – you set up success / error pages

    – in case there is another plugin using Stripe’s api in your installation, try deactivating it

    As for the instructions, I realise they’re obsolete, I really need to update them, I’m sorry if they brought confusion, thank you for reading them!

    Thank you for your fast response, Nicolas. I do have another Stripe plugin which I need. The organization has two Stripe accounts and I was hoping by using 2 different plugins I could make both work in the same site. But it seems that is not possible. After deactivating the other one, it did not work either. I think the deactivation disabled Stripe completely because I did not even get to the green check mark.
