JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

    Wordfence Live Traffic quit working for me a few days ago. I ran Web Console and saw JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1. I tried turning off all plugins other than Wordfence and it still happened. I decided I wouldn’t worry about that for now mostly because when I Googled around it seemed like it could be the plugin, the theme or WordPress itself and that seemed a little overwhelming.
    Today I went to install a new theme and I find that UPLOAD THEME on the theme-install.php page doesn’t work so I ran Web Console and saw JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1.
    I’m assuming that couldn’t be effected by either a plugin or theme.
    Any suggestions how to fix this?

    I deactivated the active theme and activated a different one and everything works again, so apparently it was the theme.
