Good plugin – good support

This is an excellent plugin is a great form builder and love the conditions and variables. Very easy to use. With the payment gateway add-on, this plug in can be used for anything that requires a form purchase such as a membership application or event. I had trouble with it at first and contacted tech support. Got a reply within 24 hours and issue resolved.
