    Hi,

I just updated both Super Socializer and wpDiscuz to the latest versions.

Super Socializer from 7.7.3 to 7.8.13 and wpDiscuz from 3.2.8 to the latest version.

Basically wpDiscuz is broken now, it seems to have reverted back to the default WordPress comments system.

Everything was working perfectly fine before the updates.

All W3TC and CDN caches have been purged.

    Any fix for this?

Not sure if this is related but at the admin page for wpDiscuz, I found this error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: $(…).wpdiscuzEasyResponsiveTabs is not a function

wpDiscuz works fine with Super Socializer. You can see it on wpDiscuz Demo Website:
    https://wpdiscuz.com/wpdiscuz-4/

It seems you have other JS errors which affects wpDiscuz or this maybe caused based on other plugin conflicts or even theme. There are dozens of reason why you see JS error. We can’t track all plugins and themes. You should test it on clean WP installation then install your plugins one by one and find the one which causes this issue.

The plugin setup on my site has worked for months. I only use the popular plugins.

To confirm the bug I rolled back to 3.2.8 and it works perfectly fine again.

This is obviously a coding bug or issue that your team introduced with one of the updates. I’m sure you would have come across it from someone else before. Basically wpDiscuz doesn’t show up at all.

Could you have a think at the past bugs that you had to squash where wpDiscuz just didn’t appear after a user updated it?

Please navigate in Dashboard to Comments > Forms, edit the Default Form, set it for all post types and save it. Then delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front-end.
