• I am building my first ever website on www.ads-software.com, though I’ve blogged on WordPress.com for several years. I chose a SiteOrigin theme (Vantage) because of its integration with Page Builder, which I had read was the best free plugin for web design. It took me a couple of days of frustration to figure out some of the widgets, but overall I felt Page Builder had a reasonable learning curve for a beginner with some technical know-how. The videos were pretty good — more of them would be better. Using Page Builder isn’t a true WYSIWYG experience, but the widgets that can be used as modules on each page have the power and flexibility of WordPress behind them. Overall, I am satisfied with my beginning experience with SiteOrigin and Page Builder.
