My website was hacked so I wiped it from my host and started again with new a new admin name and password. Imported my Backup Guard file. Hit the restore key and got the following error:
SGExceptionMigrationError: Seems you have changed database prefix. You should keep it constant to be able to restore this backup. Setup your WordPress installation with wp_ datbase prefix.

I copy and pasted my old wp-config file over my new one via cpanel, but it still wouldn’t work.

    Hello,

If you’re running Free version of BackupGuard, then you should setup a new WordPress with the same table prefix you had before. As you see the plugin suggests what should be the prefix. So, go ahead an setup a clean/new WordPress with the mentioned prefix and restore your backup.

If you don’t want to change anything, all BackupGuard Pro versions support migration feature. BackupGuard Pro will automatically adjust your backup to the new environment.

    Regards,
    Lisa Breen
