Need help for the slider

  • Hello guys, i’m a newbie at WordPress, I have an overall knowledge about it but when it comes to specific things i’m quickly drown into it.

    So straight to the point, I’m trying to install the “Imagined theme” which I did successfully so far, but there is a large gap between the preview (https://imagined.pics/) and my reality: https://srd.www.ads-software.com/themes/imagined/ (I have something like that).

    I can’t find how to make the slider happens just like the first preview, usually there are some theme that are set up with the exact theme look, so you have to edit only (which I find way easier) but this time I’m just helpless.

    Can anyone help me? Thank you very much by advance!

    Hello elwono,

    so in order to for the slider to work you need to add a blog post that has featured image in it, cause this theme was built for blogging for photographer in specific.

    so you need to add a blog post then add featured image. Then on customizer you can set if what category you wanna put on slide if you have a specific images for it,
