Every time i login i get a 404 page error and can not access the admin panel anymore.

I have the same problem. I installed the “lite” plugin then activated it and it crashed my dashboard. Each login attempt said “too many redirects”.
My hosting site (Nmaecheap-brilliant support) disabled my plugins and I was able to access the dashboard again.
The plugin that were installed and activated before the crash are:
    Woocommerce
    Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
    Homepage Control
    Loginizer
    Storefront Site Logo
The site had one product for testing and this was a grouped product.
It looks a good plugin idea but I am reluctant to try again without reassurance.
Incidentally I think the testing/bug checking should be done by the developer not the end user.
I have explained how it happed. If I can add any information further on what has happened please let me know.
I too had not backed up the site as I was just adding plugin and preparing the site.

Hi. It looks like it’s incompatible with Woocommerce 4.7.3 or, possibly, grouped products as I only have one test product on the site.
I deactivated all plugins. Deleted and downloaded a fresh install of SmartManager.
With just Woocommerce activated it crashed the dashboard when SmartManager was activated.
I tried installing SmartManager first and that was fine but when I activated Woocommerce it crashed the Dashbord again.
I had to rename the Smartmanager in cPanel to disable it to get back into the dashboard.
    Hope this helps.
Let me know if you fix it because it looks a great idea.

    Hello,
I have not customised Woocommerce just used their normal Settings/tabs to add my site information and preferences, just like any other website would do.
I cannot help anymore than this as what you are asking is beyond my capability at present.
    Regards

Incidentally when it crashes it sends me to my Home Page with a 404 page not found error and then cannot get in to the dashboard without disabling SmartManager.
I don’t know if this helps.
    Regards

    @need2print,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you please confirm whether you tried reproducing the same issue by creating a new WordPress user having administrator role and trying to activate Smart Manager using the same.

Further, if possible could you please try to reproduce the same issue by having only WooCommerce plugin active on your site and then trying to activate Smart Manager to rule out any plugin conflict issue and then do let us know your views on the same.

    a) Created new administrator user.
    NO OTHER PLUGINS ARE ACTIVE
    Installed SmartManager
Activated it and the SmartManager screen looks fine
    No Problem so far
    Activated Woocommerce:
    Same problem……
    “Home / Error 404
Oops! That page can’t be found.
Nothing was found at this location. Try searching, or check out the links below.”

Tried to log back in to wp-login and this meesage eventually appeared:

    The https://www.need2printcartridges.co.uk page isn’t working
https://www.need2printcartridges.co.uk redirected you too many times.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Tried again this time with ALL the other plugins activated and no problem and they were fine.
Activated Woocommerce and the it took me to the Home Page with the usual error message.

This iS the Home Page url that sent it there WITH ALL PLUGINS ACTIVATED:

    https://www.need2printcartridges.co.uk/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=

This is the Home Page url when I activate Woocommerce then SmartManager WITH ONLY THESE TWO PLUGINS ACTIVATED:

    https://www.need2printcartridges.co.uk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=smart-manager-woo&landing-page=sm-about

This is the Home Page url when I activate SmartManager then Woocommerce WITH ONLY THESE TWO PLUGINS ACTIVATED.

    https://www.need2printcartridges.co.uk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=smart-manager-woo&landing-page=sm-about

    b) I had already tried this as explained in the post above……..
“I deactivated all plugins. Deleted and downloaded a fresh install of SmartManager.
With just Woocommerce activated it crashed the dashboard when SmartManager was activated.
I tried installing SmartManager first and that was fine but when I activated Woocommerce it crashed the Dashbord again.”

    c) I tried Chrome browser just to check and the problem was the same.

I have to continue with my website now as time marches on and reluctantly I’ll probably have to use an Excel import/export plugin.

    Keep in touch though.

    Smart Manager not the problem.
Thank you to Storeapps support asking me to check server error log.
The problem was resolved by my hosting company by the following……
“We have increased your php limitations, as max_execution time and memory_limit to maximum values.”
Thank you for your patience on this matter.
    Regards
