Only the home page works… all other posts/page give error

  • Hi,

    I’m not sure what’s happened, but I had my blog up and running just fine yesterday but now when I click on any of the posts or pages, it gives me a 404 error.

    I’m at: https://matthewdhamilton.com/wp/

    Now, I DID change my database table prefix to something other than wp_ as per the security recommendations– but I changed it in my index.php first– also per the recommendations. I also deactivated all of my plugins first as well.

    Any ideas on where I should look to see what’s going on and how to fix it?

    So, when I went to manage my pages, I got this error:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on a non-object in /home/matthewd/public_html/wp/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 557

    New problem… so I changed my permissions on the .htaccess file and now you can access my blog pages and posts again.

    However, I cannot write any new posts or pages. Very lame.

    Still get this error when I try to manage pages:

    Please, anyone…. ideas?
