Styles background color not being saved

  • I’m trying to change the background color in some of my styles but the color isn’t changing to the newly selected color on the front end. The newly selected color does display properly in the Magic Action Box settings. I cleared the cache but that doesn’t resolve the issue.

    Can you put up the link to your website? Also, have you cleared the wordpress cache? or cloudflare?

    I don’t use Cloudflare. I purged the cache through the W3 Total Cache plugin within WordPress. Because I’m not seeing the changes applied when I look at my web site on any device, I figured it wasn’t a cache issue.

    what color is it supposed to be? I assume we’re talking about the action box at the top of the page. Right now I’m seeing green background.

    Right now I have it set to a lighter shade of green but regardless of what color I choose, the background color is not changing. I also have action boxes below each blog article and am having the same issue. I cleared the cache on the settings screen in your plug-in but that did not resolve the issue. I have this plug-in installed on another web site and just changed the background image to a solid color and it worked fine so there must be a conflict going on somewhere – I’m using the same theme on both web sites.

    it is the correct action box (ID – 383) and user style right (userstyle 3)?
