Crazy problems: emails not showing up, disappearing text

    Hi there,

    I have been trying to use this plugin without success. Usually, when I add a new action of creating a customized email, all the text I’ve written in the text editor simply disappears after I update. Other times, about half the text disappears. And the emails usually don’t show up either when testing.

    I’m open to suggestions because I really need this functionality. Thanks.

    Thanks for posting the issue you’re experiencing!

    This certainly doesn’t sound like normal behavior. Not sure if it’s related to a plugin conflict or something environmental, but I’d really love to check out what’s going on and dig a little deeper into the issue if possible as I’d like to get this corrected or resolved for you.
