Excellent, Fast Response to Questions

I just started using this plugin but am very impressed with its features and flexibility.
Also I had some technical questions and these were answered very quickly, typically within an hour. One email had several questions.
If I had to describe my impression in one word it would be “Professional” without a doubt. That would not only be for the level of support but also for the plugin itself, the documentation and the features list.
