Pre defined line item – Contact form 7

Hi all,
Need some help adding the the pre-defined line item from SplicedInvoices to contact form 7.

Questions:
1. Is it possible to show the predefined line item for contactform7?
2. IF so, Could someone please provide the code to show line items? For example:
