How to backup SEO title and Meta description?

    While I located to the backup/export function, I found it can only backup setting.
    How can I backup all SEO title and Meta description of posts and pages?

    Copy/paste to a text file.

    That’s what I do.

    I’ve got nearly 100 posts. It could waste me a whole day.
    Would it be possible to export on my database?
