Only you can see the contacts you add

Just started testing this out. When I add a contact from admin screen, no authors can see it outside of the individual/organization/all/trash count If one of them adds one, none of the others can see it but I can as admin. Can’t I just have the contact list shared? Preferably, it would be nice to assign WordPress users to the contact list. That way if I had 10 authors and 4 contributors…I could say 3 of those authors and 1 contributor can all manage the same contact list? Or if doing it by user roles is more plausible, that works nearly as well. I just want everyone in a specific group to be able to see and manage the same contacts. ??
