Is Site Spy Still Active?

  • Hi Bob,
    Are you still actively developing this plugin. The functionality looks great – very comprehensive lead tracking. I am reviewing Inbound Marketing plugins and suites. Site Spy seems to be the best on the lead management side of things.

    Hi Peter, unfortunately development of Site Spy is on hold for now. We may resume development within the year but it’s hard to say for sure. Thanks for inquiring.

    Hi Bob,
    I just installed the plugin and tested it. It is extraordinary. Very complete. Thoughtfully designed and intuitive.

    Did you get any traction at all with it?

    It is the best plugin of its kind I’ve ever tested. I will use it as part of my solution and see how it goes.

    Are there any immediate plans to reinstate or even extend this project?

    Hi Peter, unfortunately it’s only gotten a handful of downloads per day since I created it so had to make the tough call to devote my time to our more successful plugins (Duplicator/Duplicator Pro)

    That being said, every once in a while someone such as yourself shows great interest in the plugin which makes me think that we should consider starting development on it again. I talked to my business partner about this today and we may end up paying some contractors to enhance it.

    Related to this – are there certain features you’d like see added to the product or certain features enhanced? Also, could you describe exactly how you are using the product? Thanks
