Blog Page Gone! Please help!

    I’m very new to WordPress and made a huge mistake!

    I created an About Us page and assigned Page Parent > Main Page (no Parent).

    Now the About Us page opens when I click the Blog and About Us tab.

    When I look at Manage Pages I see: About Us, Home, Photo Gallery. No Blog page.

    Questions:
    1. Is there anyway to recover my Blog?
    2. If I update to 2.6.2 (I have 2.6.1 now), with the Blog page return?

    Any and all help or ideas welcome.

    Somehow or another I changed the setting for the blog. Here is where the control is:

    Settings > Reading > “Front page displays” your latest posts!

    It is such a joy learning the tricks of new software.
