• … in the end-of-HTML comment? I’m assuming this says that the “Disk: enhanced” page caching method is “SSL caching disabled,” but what specifically does this mean?

I’m retrieving over SSL, and the plugin seems to be caching.

Open “page cache” setting snd enable “Cache SSL (https) requests”

Is there a reason this isn’t the default? Is there some kind of “gotcha” that I need to look out for if I enable this?

One of the selling points I’ve seen for this plugin is sensible out-of-box defaults. But if we’re all (or at least many of us) now doing https everywhere all the time, this setting pretty much defeats the plugin, doesn’t it?

Because w3tc require tech skill and if user don’t have this skills it sell a support.

Maybe, it’s a marketing! But remember, w3tc is very complex and made it require works, times, money.
