Tooltips for custom text

    Is it able to have tooltips for custom text. I mean I have some texts not in content of post, it may come from database settings table, or they are post meta values and I print it out.
    So I would like to ask if I can make them have tooltips, thanks.

    If I add a new shortcode which you can add your tooltip keyword and tooltip content and you can add this shortcode in any page / posts, will this help to solve problem on your side? Thanks, have a good day. ??
