Question about IPTC data

    Hello,
    I use a lot of photos on my site, so your plugin interests me, but I want to be able to keep the IPTC data.

    Indeed, in IPTC data of a photo, one can put a copyright, and others informations. I retrieve this informations with the MMWW plugin which allows to display on the front-end of the site the chosen IPTC data (me, I put the author’s photo and copyright) as legend of the photos.
    The description of your plugin indicates that it allows to keep the copyright data, but that’s not possible on your inline wbesite, I’ve tested.

    Can the plugin really do it?

    Thanks for your question!

    You can choose to preserve the metadata by enabling the options in the plugin’s settings on the Media settings page. You can first test this with compressing one image before choosing to compress your entire library.
