    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log where this error occurs?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    The backup log you provided shows no errors. Is that the correct log for the failed backup.

    yes that is the log. It is strange since it appears as successful in the dashboard.
