Resolve Conflict with Advanced Custom Fields

    In my development environment with both EF (ver. 0.8.2) and ACF (ver. 4.4.11) active—the publish button disappears.

    This occurs only when EF’s “Custom Statuses” feature is enabled.

    As of this ticket I have not made any changes to EF’s “Custom Statuses” apart from enabling/disabling to test this bug.

    Please advise.
