Randomly losing setup data

    Hi Ninja Guys!

    Great plugin! But, I am randomly losing setup data. Then when viewing my Submitted Data many of the field are broken.

    I have gone down the entire list of Troubleshooting Ninja Forms, disabled all plugins, checked there are No Javascript errors, turn off all caching and also changed themes back to the basic Twenty Twelve.

    Nothing works! Sadly.

    Any suggestions? Fix coming shortly?

    Hey,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. We would love to help you get this resolved, unfortunately I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my local install.

    We usually only see this behavior from Multi-site installs, that are trying to use a network activated copy of Ninja Forms. If you’re on a multi-site install, please make sure Ninja Forms is activated locally on each install of the multi-site install that’s using it.
