Good plugin but no customer support

  • Purchased the premium version a couple years ago. It now appears to have been deactivated but them and I had to reinstall the free version to get it to work again.
    Tried contacting them every way possible and not a word back now for a couple weeks. No ticket support response, no nothing.

    Sorry, this should have been one star, not five.
    Also the images they use for icons appear with bitmapped edges when displayed on dark backgrounds

    Support got back to me and went the extra mile to troubleshoot the issues. New updated pro-version plugin works great and lots of control over look and placement.
