    I’m moving my wordpress to a new host. How do I move my forum? Will it export with the rest of my content?

    Hello @keiramarcos

    You should at least do a backup of the three database-tables for the posts/topics/forums and the term-tables for the categories and try to import them. I dont think so that the WordPress exporter is also working for non-WordPress tables.

    I can back up my whole sql database but my host doesn’t allow direct access to it. Would that accomplish this? And would a “restore” of that database in the new location work?

    Yes, a restore of it should work.
