Fantastic Plugin and Support

  • I installed the free version of paid memberships pro which does so much on it’s own that I couldn’t believe it was free. I had some custom things I wanted done within the plugin and wasn’t sure how to do it but saw some add ons that might help, so I paid for the pro upgrade and quickly found out how worth the money it is.

    Not only were the add ons helpful but the support and documentation is worth it.

    I will say you do need to know your way around wordpress (how it works), your files, and how shortcodes work, but if you know even a little, there is so much you can do to create a membership site that works exactly as you want within this plugin.

    I still had some bumps in getting what I wanted out of it and researched through their forums which have so much in them that I found a few things I needed help on without having to submit a ticket. However I did need help on two items that I couldn’t find and submitted a ticket – I was very quickly given accurate code and explanation, both times to accomplish what I needed.
