    Hi All,

We regularly use the Customization menu under “Appearance” on the dashboard.

For our site, the menu items are missing. When we go to Appearance > Customize, we’re able to see only Widgets section and not able to see any other options. Can anyone help us to resolve this?

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Thanks, Steve. This is multisite and it’s happening for only one site among others. So, you mean we need to disable plugins which are enabled for this particular site and enable them one by one to see the issue?

We’ve disabled below plugins completely for that site and checked it, Still issue persist. Activated the plugins again.

Multisite is above my pay grade — I’m moving this to the “networking wordpress” section.

This was fixed, after updating Divi theme.
