Hey @priceaction,
Thanks for posting!
That’s usually caused by a JS conflict coming form a 3rd party plugin. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first so we can isolate the issue, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.
Let us know how it goes! ??
Ben
it used to work fine before, i have not added any new plugin since
so i dont think it s coming from a 3rd party
Hey @priceaction,
It could perhaps come from a new update from one of them. ??
Anyhow, is it happening on all pages, including new ones? Or is it only on existing pages? What kind of changes were you trying to make before experiencing the issue? Were you trying to add content, e.g., texts, images, videos?
Ben
I ve tried that but still not working ??
Hey @priceaction,
So you were able to deactivate all other plugins, and the same issue is happening? Are you encountering the issue on all pages, even new ones? Or only on existing pages? What kind of content are you trying to add before experiencing the issue?
Ben
yeap deactivated all plugins and the issue is still there.
I cant do any changes on pages i made using the builder
and i cant make new pages using beaver ??
i have to download a new page builder ??
Hey @priceaction,
Can you send us a note via hello [at] wpbeaverbuilder [dot] com and we’ll take it from there? If you can include a link to this thread that would be great! ??
Ben
Hey @priceaction,
Sorry for bringing this up again. Just wondering if you ever had the chance to send us an email via the address above, and if someone assisted you with your issue? ??
Ben
Hi Ben
I emailed that day but have not heard back from anyone, i ve been using a different editor in the meantime
I have only one page left using Beaver https://priceactiontracker.com/price-action-trade-setup/ (the site is under maintenance till the 17th april)
thx
Hey @priceaction,
Sorry to hear that! Did you receive a confirmation email saying that we received yours? I’m thinking we didn’t since we’re actively checking that mailbox. We certainly want to assist you with your concern. Do you mind sending another note to the same email as above, and include a link to this thread. Then update this thread as well once you do so we can check real time? ??
Ben
Hi
I have come across this thread and if it’s OK I am adding to it as it explains more or less exactly the problems I am having and the steps I have taken to try and resolve it, but with without success.
I have recently moved my site https://guided-mountain-walks.com over from local host to external server. In the last few days there were a few glitches with a couple of pages when trying to edit pages but since last night I can no longer save the changes made in the pagebuilder. When I click save having edited the text/html in the text editor settings box it continues to process until I eventually click it of it. I’d be grateful for your help. I tried de and reactivating the plugin and trying new pages but issues continue. I’d be grateful for your suggestions. ThanksTo the OP: Your page has a syntax error
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ,
caused by some popup plugin, could be stopping the builder from working as thats also javascript powered. To Both: Open the javascript console in your browser and look for js errors when you start the builder.
This is what i get when i open JS console

FYI, i didnt deactivated Usernoise plugin but the bug is still there
thx

Hi
I opened the pagebuilder along with the JS console and now neither the site nor the dashboard will load. If you have any idea what might be causing the problem it wold be much appreciated.
https://www.guided-mountain-walks.comI can access the site and dashboard again but the pagebuider still wont let me save or make any changes.
Thanks
