Have thousands of records and it loads at a time that take almost 2 minutes

    Hey Tobias,
    I have tried multiple plugins but they did’t solve my issues and now i heard about tablepress and your support my friend said you are awesome.

    Here i have a tablepress table https://djoliver.ch/songs/ with almost 25,000 and the problem is it loads all the records from the very start that effect the performance and take almost 2 minutes to load. I just want to know is there any way to load the 10 or 15 records from the start and then load next 15 each time on clicking next button or previous. I hope you will have a solution for me if its fixed i will be happy to leave a donation for your team.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Sorry, I don’t have a readily usable solution for this yet ??
    While the DataTables JS library that TablePress uses does offer a “server-side” mode (where data would be loaded when needed, as you describe), this mode is not yet available for use with TablePress ??
    That said, I do have plans for a TablePress Extension that would allow loading data like this, but it’s only a rough idea and will still take to develop.
    So, at the moment, there’s nothing that I can do here, sorry. I can only suggest that you implement a custom PHP/mySQL solution that serves as a server-side part of a DataTables solution.
