• Caldera is easy to build, use and worked great for me for a week or so. Now my users get a file upload error.

    × song.mp3
    audio/mp38.06 MB
This file type is not allowed. Please try another.

This error only happens in Google Chrome. The unfortunate thing is most of my users use Google Chrome. My business is now officially down and apparently I need to buy a license on a free plugin to get help.

    Edit*

Changed from advance file uploader to basic file upload. Works in Chrome. Not ideal but it works.

  • If your business is this reliant on the plugin, then you should see the value in investing in a license for support.

    Hi cizzurp215,

Thanks for choosing Caldera Forms for your business – we really appreciate it. My guess is that we need to troubleshoot your WordPress settings or server settings, and yes, the ideal way us to do this is through our support channel. I know this model can be frustrating at first, but this is how we as a business are able to finance providing free plugins such as Caldera Forms and 8 free add-ons to you and thousands of other WordPress users, with no form features being hidden being “full version” paywalls.

Just in case, I’ve sent your problem details and your URL (I assume it’s the one in your profile?) through our support channel. Should you go through, they will have already taken a first look at your problem. I hope you’ll consider supporting our projects with a support license.
