    Hello.
I’m unable to connect the Jetpack.
    I receive this error:

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://tiglari.sibiul.info [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.com/support/

On the same server I have more websites and I have Jetpack on all of them, so it’s not a host configuration problem.

The website in question was created less then 48 hours ago, and the only plugin installed is Jetpack.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Adrian.

Oh, I read too fast, sorry about that!

It looks like access to XML-RPC is blocked on your site:
    https://tiglari.sibiul.info/xmlrpc.php

It might be blocked by a security plugin, by your host, or by a specific rule in your site’s .htaccess file.

Once the file can be accessed again, Jetpack will be able to use that file to communicate with WordPress.com.

    I hope this helps.

My site’s .htaccess file was clean but the access to XML-RPC was blocked from a different .htaccess file on the root folder and it affected the site that was created on a sub-folder.

Thank you for your help Jeremy.
