    I am posting on here as well as submitting a support request as there are getting no replies/taking well over the 48 hours to get a response. My last request was answered days later with a question which I am still waiting on a response to.

    My latest question is that when using the shopping cart feature, the bookings remain in the ‘cart’ after being booked. They are posted through to the dashboard, but the customer still has the bookings in the cart when they go back.

    We use free bookings at the moment – is this the issue?

    Also, we have the settings set to ‘automatically approve’ free bookings, but only one of the group shopping cart bookings gets approved automatically?
