Hide last breadcrumb (product) in storefront theme

I’m using the storefront theme and woocommerce. I would like to be able to hide the product name at the end of the breadcrumbs since some of my titles are long, and you are already on the page so there is no point in displaying it. It looks very clunky!
I would also like to change the style, especially the breadcrumbs separator if possible.
Is there a way to do this?

I then was able to hide the last breadcrumb by doing this:
