Flag icons on TOP of another plugin

    Hello Team,

    I want to ask, how can I bring the Czech flag to the top of another plugin. Here is screenshot how it looks on mobile phone https://prntscr.com/e9yj5o and herein when another sign-up form plugin covers flags now https://prntscr.com/e9ylni. Website PDBlog

    The problem is that even if the sign-up form is not seen I’m not able to click on Czech flag but on English no problem. It seems me like the plugin sign-up form overlaps Czech flag even if is not seen.

    Is there any option to bring flags on top of another plugin?
