Conflict with RunCrew theme

Some update to the topic:

I have two hostings, I don’t know the exact differents between them but they are, so called, competitive offers.
One of them is the one I talk about here and the event page works bad with any theme.
On the second hosting I installed the same environment and it all works perfectly.

The problem definetely seems not to be connected with the theme, for a while I changed theme to another and on this problematic hosting it still works bad.

The browser console gives me this:

Can anybody help me to find what’s going on here?
Unfortunately I don’t know JS at all, so I cannot understand what does the browser console say and how to eventually fix it.

My first thought is that there is some service missing in the hosting, but the operator is not helpful.

The PHP version is the same (5.6) on both hostings.

It sounds like you’ve already begun the process of testing your premium theme for a potential conflict, which is a great start. Can you confirm that you’ve completed full conflict testing for all of your plugins with a default WordPress theme activated, as outlined in this Knowledgebase article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
