I can’t re-authenticate with Google Analytics

    The updated MonsterInsights asks to re-authenticate with Google Analytics. After getting an OKing the code, it then asks to chose a profile. However the dropdown doesn’t show anything, so the dialogue has to be closed. I tried all browsers. Any ideas?

    Hi there,
    Can you contact us via MonsterInsights.com/contact. This is usually caused by a plugin or theme that’s overriding the normal select2 styling. We’ll need to login to see what the CSS rules are that are conflicting

    What is the exact error message you are getting? Can you take a screenshot of it and upload it somewhere? What version of MonsterInsights are you using?

    Follows the link to the error, it is simply not possible to authenticate any of google’s account when opening it already appears on this page, I am using the latest version. 6.04

    Hi there,
    Can you get in touch with us via our contact form at MonsterInsights.com/contact. We’re going to need to login for this one. That message doesn’t make any sense as that’s not a frame or an iframe, its simply 2 images + text.
